Dr. Thomas Sealey and Dr. Mide Ojo have developed a novel solution to a big issue that they and many dentists have experienced.
Your patient is unhappy with their smile.
A new approach to smile design with a simplified approach to minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry which achieves the maximum aesthetic effect and maximum profits.
With the SmileFast Direct stent, a dentist can place a custom-designed upper 3 to 3 composite veneer smile makeover in under 90 minutes for most cases, which is less than half the time that traditional techniques would take. SmileFast will simplify the process and make it highly profitability for the dentist and more easily cost-effective for the average patient.
Learn how these simple protocols will allow you to approach every patient with confidence and with easy-to-perform techniques to smile enhancement. With both engaging lectures and hands-on practice, Dr. Sealey and Dr. Ojo will guide you to develop your clinical skills, allow you to treat a larger range of patients with more control and less stress.

The course is set up as a blended learning package to try and enhance your learning experience whilst respecting your time in the practice. Before the hands-on day, there will be essential course material available online at www.theoralsurgerycourse.co.uk that will qualify for 8 hours CPD-
Relevant medical history (including how to manage patients taking anticoagulants, antiplatelets and bisphosphonates)
Local anaesthetic (trying to make it more predictable and managing hot/infected teeth)
Pharmacy in oral surgery (analgesics and antibiotic guardianship)
Simple extraction technique (easy wins to try and help your consistency using luxators, elevators and forceps)
Surgical extraction technique (flap design, incisions, flap raising, tooth sectioning, bone removal and suturing)
Complications (planning to avoid them and how to recover from them)
Impacted and ectopic teeth (8s, 3s and 5s. Systematic approach planning for the removal of 8s, an orthodontic led approach to the treatment of 3s)
During the hands-on days there will be several exercises designed to reflect the techniques in the pre-course material and time available for each delegate to work through any particular issues they might be experiencing.
We’d hope that each delegate would have time to complete several surgical extractions on a mix of pigs heads and custom extraction models. The two days will be devoted to hands on work and will qualify for 14 hours CPD.
The course would suit the dentist who seeks more confidence and competence for their general dentistry; who might be wanting to improve their skills to provide dental implants; or who might be looking down the path of becoming a DWPSI.
This is a unique course designed to further consolidate the theory, concept and use of Pterygoid, Trans Sinus and Zygomatic Implants and is intended as an extension of the Extra Max Cadaveric Course, for those wishing to further progress on their journey with these advanced treatment modalities.
The course has been intentionally designed with small group teaching in mind to offer a truly interactive learning experience.
The venue has been specifically chosen as it is a busy working practice dedicated to the provision of full arch implant treatments as well as having an onsite laboratory.
The course offers the rare opportunity for delegates to experience full cases from initial assessment, to surgery and delivery of the immediate prosthesis.
This will include planning on actual patient scans, handling and practicing the planned surgery on models, followed by watching the surgery performed live.
After the surgery there will be a ample opportunity to discuss the case, the surgery and any aspect of the planning.
We are committed to providing course delegates with the most up to date and interactive courses in dentistry. We facilitate regular courses led by leading education providers from within the UK and Ireland.
The courses we host reflect on essential theoretical and regulatory advances in addition to hands on surgical training.
